Privacy Policy

1. Account Data

This policy covers Cards Arena and its games: Cribbage24, Pinochle24, BidWhist24, OhHell24, Canasta24. Data collected depends on the features you use. OhHell24 does not currently require an account.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password (securely hashed). If you sign in via a social provider (Google, Apple), we receive the profile information shared by that provider (typically email and name). We also store your per-game rating, avatar selection, account creation date, and last login timestamp.

2. Game Data

Games with account statistics can store wins, losses, scores, difficulty levels, personal bests, streaks and round history. Daily challenge scores and rankings are stored where those features are available. OhHell24 keeps its cards, scores and resumable game on your device.

3. Session & Device Data

For analytics and quality purposes, games with the existing account service may collect session duration, game type, rounds played, outcomes, and referral information (HTTP referrer, UTM parameters). We also collect device information: device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), operating system, browser, and whether you are using a native app, PWA, or browser version.

4. Historical Purchase Data

New purchases are not offered. Records of transactions completed before purchases were retired may be retained in a restricted archive for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Payment card details were never stored on our servers.

5. Analytics & Engagement

Some game sites use Google Analytics to understand usage, page views and sessions. The Cards Arena catalogue and OhHell24 do not load that analytics integration.

Cards Arena collects game identifiers, start and end times, difficulty and whether a game completed or was abandoned to count activity across the games. This collection does not include card hands, player names or account credentials. A hashed network address is used to limit abusive requests. Preview and tutorial games are excluded. Other available game statistics help improve gameplay and reliability.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Limited data may be processed by infrastructure, analytics, support, and advertising providers when necessary to operate the Service.

7. Public Data

Your username, skill rating, avatar, and game statistics may be visible to other players on public leaderboards, daily challenge rankings, member profiles, and the Community Board. Posts and comments you create on the Community Board are publicly visible. By participating in ranked games, daily challenges, and the Community Board, you consent to this public display.

8. Data Storage & Security

Account data, game history, and restricted historical records are stored using Supabase database services with access controls; selected profile and ranking data can be public as described above. Game settings, preferences, and guest progress are stored locally on your device via LocalStorage.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, database access controls and authenticated account access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at admin@wcgf.com.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by deleting your account through the app or contacting us at admin@wcgf.com. Account deletion permanently removes operational account data, except records we must retain for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Cookies & Local Storage: We use essential local storage to save your game progress, preferences, authentication state, cached theme data, and session identifiers. Local data stays specific to each game’s domain. Clearing browser data may remove guest progress and saved games.
