The cards at your table
80 cards, two partnerships
Four players receive 20 cards each: four copies of each A, 10, K, Q and J, with no nines.
Bid and exchange
Open at 50 and raise in single points. The bidder names trump, receives four cards from their partner and returns four. This table uses the partnership-passing variation.
Meld and take tricks
Multiple melds earn larger bonuses. Follow suit, beat the winning card if possible and trump when void. Aces, tens and kings score one each; the last trick scores two, making 50 trick points.
Race to 500
Meet your bid with meld and trick points or lose the bid amount. The first team to 500 wins; if both reach it together, the bidding team wins.
